Ms. Quadros holds a degree from the University of Nairobi in Commerce and a Masters degree in Peace Studies and International Relations from the Jesuit Hekima College. She has 30 years’ experience in Old African Ethnographic Art and Contemporary Art. She is an accredited mediator with Facilita8 in partnership with the Strathmore Dispute Resolution Centre. In her capacity as mediator she has conducted family mediation for FIDA as well as in the Court-annexed mediation programme. Her mediations have a 93% success rate. She is also a co-trainer with the Strathmore Dispute Resolution Centre.
