Martha is an enthusiastic, highly skilled, certified and accredited Mediator with  years of proven experience in the mediation field both locally and internationally. She is also an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, an international lawyer, a data  protection specialist, a peace ambassador; researcher, consultant, leader and  overall diligent professional. 

Notably, she is a self-motivated and dedicated peacemaker with years of  experience in conflict resolution and with demonstrated success in delivering high-

quality dispute resolution, advisory services, coaching, training, mentoring and  fostering collaborative relationships in diverse, multicultural environments.  

As of March 2025, she has handled about 200 mediation cases. Throughout the  years, she has perfected her areas of mediation practice which include but are not  limited to: workplace mediation, civil disputes, international matters, family and  children matters, commercial matters, land and environmental concerns, labor  relations, elections and political disputes, matrimonial property, consumer rights,  human rights, succession disputes, tax, community mediation, assessment of  costs, intergovernmental relations, intellectual property, disputes in the education  sector and disputes at the various court tribunals. 

Consequently, she has been a peace fellow at the Salzburg Global Forum and a  mediator at the Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA), at the Dispute Resolution  Hub and at the Judiciary of Kenya whereby she encourages persuasive  approaches to promote diplomatic resolution of disputes.  

In addition, Martha has volunteered with the United Nations and has been a  member of the Jean-Pictet International Humanitarian Law global forum that  promotes the peaceful co-existence of states during armed conflicts. Academically,  she majored in international law at post-graduate level from Wuhan University  (China) and has also advanced in other related practice areas including but not  limited to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms, International Humanitarian Law (IHL), disability rights and data protection law.
