Kenneth Kipyego Toroitich, PhD is an accredited mediator, ILO-certified Master Trainer, and financial services and enterprise development expert with over 15 years’ experience across banking, microfinance, capacity building, and consultancy. He is a Certified Professional Mediator trained and empaneled by the Strathmore Dispute Resolution Centre (SDRC) and serves as a mentor within the SDRC mediation ecosystem.

Kenneth has participated in 50+ mediation, and mentorship matters across commercial, banking, insurance, labour, succession, and family business disputes. He is widely recognised for his calm, ethical, and empathetic approach, guiding parties toward practical and sustainable outcomes.

An Associate Member of the Kenya Institute of Bankers (AKIB), Kenneth brings strong expertise in banking, credit, and financial systems, particularly in mediating banking–customer disputes, including non-performing loans and restructuring matters. He has also played a key role in strengthening partnerships between SDRC and major financial institutions.

Beyond mediation, Kenneth delivers executive education, entrepreneurship, and leadership programs and serves as a board member and advisor on governance, strategy, and organizational effectiveness. His work is driven by a strong commitment to ethical ADR practice and dialogue-based dispute resolution.
