Gladys Wamaitha Karanja- Kinyanjui is a Senior Associate with Kittony Maina Karanja Advocates, the Proprietor of Strategic Conflict Management, handling a diverse range of cases. She has a proven ability to successfully navigate complex conflicts and deliver strong outcomes and has successfully represented clients in over Eight Hundred (800) court cases and obtained favorable outcomes.
She is a Trainer of the Certificate course in Mediation with Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIARB) and Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration (NCIA). She also conducts both private and court annexed mediations and has achieved a 90% success rate. Gladys Wamaitha Karanja- Kinyanjui was awarded the Mediator of the year 2022, by Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and the Pro bono Advocate of the year 2007 by The Cradle.
