As a career Probation Officer with the Department of Correctional Services, Catherine holds a degree in Social Work and a Master’s degree in Project Planning and Management. She is passionate about conflict resolution and believes in the transformative power of mediation.
Since 2021, Catherine has specialized in court-annexed mediation, handling over 80 cases across commercial, civil, family, and employment categories. She values mediation for its collaborative, less adversarial approach to resolving conflicts.
