Abdikadir Ahmed Hussein is an accredited mediator by the Mediation Accreditation Committee (MAC) under the Kenyan Judiciary, a Mediation-Trainer of Trainers (ToT), and a management and financial expert with over fifteen years of cross-sectoral experience spanning the corporate sector, education, conflict resolution, and institutional capacity building and consultancy. He possesses a combination of technical expertise, strategic insight, and leadership in the field of dispute resolution.
He is a Certified Professional Mediator trained by African Nazarene University and empaneled by the Strathmore Dispute Resolution Centre (SDRC) with a focus on commercial, civil, and Labour dispute mediations. A Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), Kenya.
He possesses specialized expertise in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and has successfully facilitated mediation processes across corporate, institutional, and community contexts, handling complex, high-stake, and multi-party disputes with professionalism, neutrality and cultural sensitivity. His work is grounded in a deep understanding of commercial realities, governance frameworks, and legal principles, enabling him to deliver practical, efficient and sustainable dispute resolution outcomes.
Abdikadir Ahmed works in the corporate sector -Air and Marine Cargo Industry. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (L.L. B), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from Mount Kenya University, a Master of Business Administration-(MBA) from the University of Nairobi, His academic pursuits currently include a PhD in Business Administration with a focus on Finance at the University of Nairobi and Post Graduate Diploma in Leadership and Accountability at Open University of Kenya.
